From Gujarat to global finance floors

I grew up in Gujarat in a middle-class family. Finance was a deliberate choice, backed by consistent effort. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant clearing all three ICAI levels in first attempt, alongside articleship at Parikh & Associates handling statutory audits, concurrent bank audits, and FP&A across industries.

At UBS Investment Bank, I joined the Leveraged Finance desk covering Special Situations and LCM, working on IFRS 9/15 P&L reporting, MTM validation, and process automation. I received a Pre-Placement Offer at the end of my tenure.

At Aditya Birla Capital in the BFSI and Insurance sector, I managed treasury operations and investment portfolios, OTC derivatives valuation, bond pricing, hedge effectiveness, and MIS reporting. I generated incremental income of Rs.50L+ through fund optimization and received the Idea Machine Award for thinking out of the box and driving multiple strategic initiatives.

I am a CA, CFA Level 2 candidate with strong expertise in investments, financial analysis, treasury, taxation, audit and IFRS reporting. Proven ability to manage accounting and finance functions independently and deliver strategic insights, looking for opportunities in UAE and across the globe.
